Default Problems starting from cold start

Hi this problem only occurs from a cold start. I have a video recorded of what happens usually. It use to take 2 tries. 1 Fail then its good. But last night it took 3 tries, 2 fails then it was good im afraid this problem is going to only get progressively worse.

I had my started test said it was good. What could cause this problem

95 sc400 126k. Heres a video I recorded

I feel like this also is the same problem why once in a while when I am not accelerating and hit low speeds of around 15 (coming to a stop) my car will stall (Its automatic)

Sounds like the starter bendix (gear assembly on end of starter motor) is going bad, starter motor runs but doesn't turn the engine. That little gear assembly has an engagement clutch in it & it's slipping (worn out).
