I got a 92' Sc400 and when I first got it I didn't have neither Cruise Control nor a horn. and with the airbag light on i thought it would be maybe they forgot to plug it in or something so i unbolted my airbag to find that they are plugged in. could it be a fuse? or is it the cable itself?

 

you need a clock spring, i have it , 45 shipepd

 

how do you know?

 

if your horn or cruise dont work, thats usually the culprit
