I think it's insane to spend so much money on wheels... I'm glad the wheel setup I'm trying to do is cheap and doesn't compromise performance. MB Battles with Bridgestone Sports. Regardless of whatever money I may have, I don't think I would ever think about spending more than 2K on wheels...

I first intended on getting MB Weapons actually but then later decided to step it up a notch...or 3

I am not very image conscious and don't bash on knock-off car parts but 99% of knock off wheels out there are crap. They look nothing like the real thing. You can pick up a decent used set of Work or Volks for about 2000 on various forums.

Bashing on knock-off has nothing to do with being image conscious I think.

Spending 2g on rims is hard but remember, the wheels often makes the car Good luck on finding your rims!

To save a little.....stay with a 2-piece wheel. They offer a more limited fitment selection than 3-piece, but you'll pay a few hundred less per wheel.

Very true but it is what makes the car. $2000 in this economy is a lot of money but a new set of ugly knock-offs like Axis isn't a whole lot cheaper. Only issue with used wheels is that you might have to get them resealed

lol at cheap and VIP... however, instead of dropping 2g's on some new Volks or Works, go on rbwheels or some other site that sells used wheels, and get some wheels from there. they're priced fairly.

vipstylecars.com has some good deals every once and a while. Same with RBwheels. Honestly buying used will save you a lot of cash, it just might take a little bit longer to find exactly what you want
