Identifing a kit???
Hey whats up. ive been trying to find kits for the sc. yea ive found alot. Seems like everyone runs the AC kit. lol.
but i came across these. I would like to know what sides and rear this is. and if the rear is a add on lip or full bumper. looks more like a lip though.

and what front end is this.

Nice kit..
Where can I get a license plate bracket just like on the 2nd picture above? How does it look? Can someone post pix? Maybe its easy enough to create one but I don't mind spending the $ to get one just like it.
Thanks!

The sides and rear on the first car are from the T&E Vertex kit, and the rear is definitely a lip and not a full bumper. From the fitment it appears to be a replica Vertex-style (RaceonUSA, VIS etc.) lip because I believe the authentic Vertex rear is a full bumper.
The second car has the AC front bumper with the center grille removed.
Why not lose the front plate all together? I'm at 4 warnings and 0 tickets thus far

I don't have front plates nor have any holes in the bumper. I guess I'm just paranoid like that. I'm in California and there are all kinds of car laws here you can imagine about what you can and can't do with the car. A lot of "you can't" do with the car tho hahahaa..... I'd just like to be able to put something like that as a quick fix than doing ghetto zip ties in front by the lower grill if ever I get a fix-it ticket (knock on wood). I actually like how that one picture above looks.
^^^ yup.... the sides are vertex (could be knockoff) and rear is vertex style lip (most likely knockoff)..... second one is AC with the stuff removed. AIT and Shine makes a knockoff front bumper of the AC kit

awesome thanks.
also ive been trying to find Shine kits and no luck. i searched on yahoo and didnt find anything.
so if anyone can give me a link to shine kits
and 1sicksc. why does it matter if someone refers someone to buy a knockoff. Not everyone is made of money and can spend $2500+ for a kit. So the alternative is to get the replica and put the work in to make it fit.
Im handy with body work and fab work. so i do plan on getting one of the better replica kits and fitting/modifing them to get a great fit.
Also, there is another front that looks like the blue one but sits lower. and the lines are slightly different.
on the first one i cant find a shot of the front of the car but i can see its the one im talking about. but shows the side. its different than the AC kit and sits lower.

More like these. can someone tell me these setups.

oh aight. i see your logic that way. i thought you were saying more cuz they dont fit/look as good than the real deal.
it does suck though that the real kits cost so much. sometimes can cost more than the car itself. haha.

Maybe those authentic made ones just has to make them more affordable. We all know they probably make 5x or more selling it for what the going price is right now which is why people copy them and sell it at about 50+% off

You guys are incorrect about your statement that Authentic Vertex Rear bumpers are full bumpers only. If your car is a 92-96 and you order the body kit for those years then the rear comes with a rear lip.
If your car is a 97-00 and you order the body kit for those years then the rear comes with a full rear bumper.
