Default Epic fail

So I get off work and pick up my running 94 sc300 to bring to my gf's house to unite it with the sc its about to be combined into. (I'm taking the motor and parts from this 94 sc300 auto and swapping it into my 95 sc300 5 speed with a bad motor.) On the way there I decide to step on it to feel it pull for one last time. Right when downshifts and goes, i here a loud popping and a lot of noise in the engine bay and thought my Main belt just ripped.. So I turn off my radio and headlights to save battery to at least make it to her house. I get there and open the hood and this is what i found.....

The fan broke into pieces somehow and cut my radiator hose like it was nothing. Crazy! anyways Will update later with pictures of the swap.

When I was pulling my motor I noticed some weird two piece motor mounts the car had-thought it may be some super special mounts. The bottom parts stayed sitting on the subframe unscrewed. I laughed when I realized the motor mounts where totally cut apart at the rubber and there was standing water inside.

You're lucky that 100 shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake.
