Nawww...Leaves and branches feed the hamsters!.

IMO...get rid of that Blue paint. Polishing a GE is kinda like putting HRE's on a Civic...it looks nice...but is kinda pointless.

It's ugly. When you do one thing in blue, you have to do everything else.

You can use some degreaser from the parts store. Use rags to wipe everything off. Use a tooth brush to remove the tough grease. Remove the twigs and stuff and it would make a huge difference.

You could clean the engine bay in 30min with some of those Scotts blue shop rags.

TURBODREAMS, i stated it serves no purpose meaning that it served no purpose to do chrome and blue in a engine bay that looks like that, then afterwards i said if your going to dress the engine bay do it with a 2jzgte then chrome it! cause we all no turbo is better!

ble on the color, too flashy for me. Also clean up the rest of the engine bay and make it all look pretty, it looks like putting a diamond in a turd.

It looks like a work in progress. It looks like its coming together. I know that EGR vacuums are a mess. It already looks cleaner. Keep it up

Well as far as GE and GTE goes I'm glad to have what i have i bought the car for $1000 the is the first real problem I've had with the crank pulley other than that just and ac compressor and a small power steering leak. I'm just glad to have what i have and i can always go turbo when i have the money and time. my dad helped me get this car when he was alive and never got the chance to work on it so I'm making up for lost time. there is alot more that I'm going to be doing. plus it is my transportation to get to my clients so I'm happy that it moves in the first place and i can be competitive racing in my city at will. and there alot of thing it is and isn't but at least its a Lexus and most of all its my Lexus and i have alot of fun with it. its the only cor i have that doesn't have an M3 badge or some sort of BMW emblem on it. and thanks for all the reply's i appreciate it it is my work in progress and that seems to be the most important thing to me that I'm at least doing something with it as apposed to some people who take to the scrap yard and crush em.
