I was just wondering what the best way to go of lowering my 94 SC300 would be. I don't want to slam it, but I could use about a 2 inch drop. Would TEIN S-Tech lowering springs on stock struts do the job? I found some S-Tech springs for like $200 brand new and I'm not looking to do coilovers, atleast not yet. I just want a relatively cheap/small drop (about 2 inches) and a decent ride, nothing TOO bouncy. Any opinions? Thanks.

BTW, there are a decent bit of potholes in my city.

 

I think you're being ignored cause if you do a simple search there are many, many, threads kind of beating this subject to death. If you do a 2 inch drop, you are gonna be outside the range of camber adjustment on the car, and you'll have some suspension component and premature tire wear. You can do about a 1 to 1.2 inch drop with Eibach Prokit or Tanabe NF210 springs paired with tokico shocks, specifically made for the SC. That will preserve most of your factory smooth ride, get a bit of cosmetic and handlng benefit, yet stay within proper alignment adjustment. Or, you can get a bit lower drop using springs/shocks for the Toyota Supra turbo. If you do that, you have to use the SupraTT shocks and springs - can't mix and match
