Question BOTH door handles don't work! Now what?

Well, two weeks ago the passenger side exterior door handle quit working. I finally found the excellent post about replacing the plastic clip and (thinking ahead) ordered one for each door, just in case. Well, they ALMOST got here in time, but before they did the drivers door also flaked out. Well, at least it happened on my driveway not blocking my wife's car in.

But now .... any ideas on how to get into the car without breaking a window??

well there is a few ways one is a rod and wedge wedging the door open enough to use a rod to open the latch (same method to repo cars) or if you dont wanna risk breaking stuff call aaa to get you out

With only 1 post why should anyone try and help you break into A lexus. For all we know you could be trying to steal one.

Point taken. And if you think about it, if I had 1,001 posts it wouldn't be right to give out that type of help, would it. Sorry for the bother.

call AAA. those guys can break into anything. they have that bag thing they wedge in the door, they blow it up, it makes enough room to slide a tool to open the door and bingo-bango your ready to go-go.
