Default Harsh auto shifting after na-t

Finaly got my na-t finished and my map-ecu installed.

Two problems tho. One is my transmission is jerking really really hard when I put it in gear and reverse, also while up shifting an downshifting.

And also there is this really whiny noise that sounds like it's coming from the power steering or something. Also I feel little vibrations in the power steering while turning. Why would my powersteering and transmission go out immedialty after instaling my turbo?

I noticed harder shifting as well, but I kind of expected it, although mine is not jerking when I put it into gear.

and about the power steering, dont feel bad, I have a leak somewhere from the power steering/rack assembly and I cant seem to track it down.

Did your leak come on exactly when you turned on the car for the first time after the na-t?

did you mess with your throttle body at all? you may have moved the throttle position sensor a bit and that usually causes some rough shifting. get it readjusted. should be 2 screws. as for the power steering, check the level of fluid, and try bleeding the system. you might have damaged one of the lines during your install.

did you remove the transmission cable from the throttle body? when the cable is not adjusted properly it causes extremely harsh shifts and a weird whirring noise from the trans converter area, or really sloppy shifts if its to loose, i think the cable messes with line pressure, im still trying to get mine adjusted to stock specs... Damn, we really need to figure out what does that, did everyone else move their lines over a bit to fit the piping? That whiney noise is bothering me.
