Interior lighting
Any chance I can make my interior lights a bit brigher? I'm talking about the a/c display backlighting, and the lights next to the shift lever (you know, P / N / D / 2 / 1)?
What wattage are the original bulbs, and is it save to use higher wattage bulbs? Easy install?
Also, I'd like the LED's (a/c, gear indicator) brigher, but I guess that can't be done?
Thanks ...

I was working on A/C backlightig last night again. one of bulb was burnt so I needed to replace.
It is easy task to work on, but I dont know if we can find brighter bulbs.
I shoud have checked the wattage of original bulb but I didn't have multimeter with me.
I used bulbs that I got from friend at toyota dealer but it was not bright enough, darker than original one.
Once we find out the wattage of original bulb, I'm sure we can look for brighter bulbs.
I never checked "the lights next to the shift lever (you know, P / N / D / 2 / 1)" but I should have checked last night
I'm not sure if they are replacable though.
