The driver side backseat glass has a bubbling thing going on outside the glass. It looks like the paint is peeling. Does anyone know what it is and how much it would cost to fix.

I live in Texas so I think the heat has played a factor in this peeling. I hope this is a DIY fixer. It is annoying everytime I clean the car

Looks like a corrosion problem.

If I were you I'd sand it down, mask it off, and paint it.
