Does anyone know if I can pick up the reverse light signal around the consol/dash area? Does anyone know the wire color? I am just looking to tap in to the signal for a reverse light camera. I'd rather not have to pick it up near the back of the car. I do not have a wiring diagram for this book.

 

Yeah I am auto. I looked up those threads and none of the wiring instructions mention anything about the reverse light switch. I think it must be mounted on the trans not the shifter, but there has to be something useable, the R illuminates on the dash.
