Default Little help please

Okay guys I'm new to the SC scene but I'm already committed to SC's. Proof of commitment is that I've already bought a Full 5 speed swap Minus the CMC & SMC. The problem I'm having is, do I get the 300 or 400 ? The 5 speed swap looks damn tasty in a V8! Then we have old faithful the 1JZ OR 2JZ. Both equally great. It would be great to hear from you guys and what you think. Pro's and con's.

I say go with a 400 and supercharge it after you swap the new tranny in!

Im biased with the 1uz and manual

Pro 1uzfe -> Rare and has Torque
Con 1uzfe -> You cant just slap on a turbo and call it a day.

Pro 2jz -> You can just slap on a turbo.
Con 2jz -> Even my mother has done it.

If you want a fun DD or weekend car.

SC400 + W58 swap + Vortech/Procharger "Fish" Supercharger setup

Ive done 3 5speed swaps myself. If I had to do it again it would have to be on a 1UZ. Just to try something different. Ive always wanted to know how the V8 would feel if it had a 5speed W58.

Yea the more and more I think about it, the 400 with 5 speed swap is highly interesting due to I can power of a motor and not have to worry about the seal on the turbos cracking and hell it"s damn near impossible to find a decent sc300 Nowadays, damn the SC's gone wild video and the video Grid. Anybody know of anybody who has a clean SC300 pre 1995 that's decent, in the san diego?sol-cal area?

Red Phoenix your mom seems smarter than you! That was classic! Way to go mom, her car must be pretty quick.
Bro I'd ABSOLUTELY go 2jGTE. Everybody has done it because it's smart and effective! Sometimes different isn't always better. I don't hate 1U's but they require so much work and money to be able to have fun with.
Ryeno, sell me some of that ish you're smokin! M3 haha 911 what a waste. Before I spent any money on either of those cars I'd buy a Geo Metro throw a 4G63 in it and THAWHALOP your silly bimmer or your, I have a small *****, 911 with your girl in the car.
LMAO im just sayin...

Guys I'm checking out three SC's tomorrow. One of them is a 92' SC400 @ 202,000 miles for 2,000. The other two are SC300's RED 95 @ 202,000 miles for 2,000 with BLK ON BLK interior, and it comes with issues passenger door opens only from the inside, drivers side door damn near coming apart, with ripped seat ( not bad I've seen worse ). the other SC is dark green 150,000 miles and is going for 3500 with tan interior. Wish me luck!!
