I have a throttle body that was custum built it runs good idle but when I put it in gear it hesitates i do not have my IACV hooked up in it could that be the promble the check in engine lite comes on after it gets to operating temperture. it has a turbo kit ran good before i put the
throttle body has a afcv2 witch it ran good so what do you guys think?

 

Try to rewrite that and be as specific as possible, maybe people will understand your symptoms. Also list all the aftermarket stuff on the car.

I have an aftermarket throttle body on a boosted sc, before the throttle body install it ran fine, but now at idle it hesitates, iac valve is not connected and an afc2 is installed, at operating temp it throws an engine code, what do you guys think it could be?

first its WHICH not WITCH, second check your engine codes, third was the iac hooked up before you installed the throttle body, fourth run a search on aftermarket intake manifolds and see what comes up, but that's assuming i translated his post correctly
