Anyone know of an aftermarket throttle body that fit on my Lexus RC 200T (2016)?

 

wont provide you any gains in HP but to answer you question no.You could possibly have a shop PORT the inlet and exit of the throttle body. After the would need to port match the gasket and the actual manifold. You only need a bigger TB in a turbo car if the OEM is restrictive or you are exceeding the CFM flow rating of the throttle body by adding loads more boost than factory boost levels
