Is that "8D"? The codes are supposed to appear to the left of that - but yours is blank.

 

pull the DOME fuse in the fuse box for 20 seconds to clear the memory and see if the climate displays the same thing again. But ishootstuf it correct, there should be a code numbered from 11 to 43 left of "8D".

 

no code just 8D or BD.

God i hate these climate controls. Right now i have 3 sitting in my room and 2 are broken and i need to buy another one from aliga.

Everyone gets bleeding lcd screens but i get broken brains.

Right now:

My original 1992 sc300s lcd screen is dead. not the lcd bleeding but i guess the circuit board. How do i know this? Well i got a 1995 climate control (orange backlight) and swapped out the lcd screen. Dam no more 8D error but now my backlight is half dead.

And my 1998 400s climate control. Well it randomly crapped out yesterday. The backlight and button bulbs work. But the orange/green leds dont work and it doesnt show anything on the screen.

They must just hate you. Both of my SC's work just fine - except a little blood of course.
