Yea the pods were already put together. We cut all the wires so they would be tight behind the aluminum plate and then put them back together. Took power from the light underneath your feet in the driver's side and the wires were run under there so you will never see them. We did a pretty clean setup since no one is able to find one wire on the car yet.

Yea I hear ya when it comes to ebay stuff so I can't knock you. I have been running them now for i'd say over a month through everyday rain and they are still working with no problems whatsoever. I keep checking them to see if one of the pods will go out but they are still working. Maybe you can just use the pod case and use your led's since you have higher quality??? That might work.
