Any recs for a kit? Also, do people disable their mirror puddle lights to make the under-body ones more crisp?

 

I've got a kit from eBay that's been good for a while, I masked off the led pods and painted the housings flat black to avoid any chance of odd reflections from the chrome as some ads showed. The puddle lights on the side mirrors shouldn't have any effect on them unless yours are a lot brighter than mine.

 

I haven't added afternarket side skirts yet since my current place needs the clearance. If I am going to next year, then do I wait to add the puddle lights or do they mount beneath the car and it won't matter if I add - side skirt later?

 

They are mounted to the side skirts, it'd be up to you if you want to do it twice, install is easy. Measure where to place them, drill screw holes, wire them up, then adjust them so they're straight.

 

So, I prefer a very white (5000K) color and pinpoint... Hard to tell which kits are going to do that.
