Well I went to go build an exhaust today. They had it in the air and the first thing they said was I wouldnt even touch this exhaust its beautiful (the stock). But What I told them I wanted was a 2.5 inch cat back into a magna flow with 3 inch tip single. Exit. Iv heard many good things from a single exit. Such as lighter, Better air flow, and cheaper.

Another muffler shop told me I should keep my stock piping and just do an axle back 2 new mufflers with some 3 in tip if I want.

What should I do that cost effective and good.

IV wondered this. Why would people run 2.5 cat back piping when its already 2.5 inch?? Whats the point? I understand getting a cat back exhaust if your going 3 or whatever. Im assuming piping is just piping? And nothing would change unless you plan on doing an x pipe?

Below is pics of my exhaust upgrade. I purchased the following from P2R and then brought it to Florida Performance mufflers in Fort Lauderdale for a custom Mandrel bent install. The result was a solid very deep tone stright through exhaust system. I am very pleased with the parts, workmanship, and prices.
2 vibrant mufflers
1 Vibrant resonator
2 Vibrant oval tips
2 stainless steel y pipes
