I have to agree, being out here in California the Neon thing went out as fast as it came in.
Just about every Honda Civic / Acura Integra owner was putting it on their cars. (It's a Ricer thing).
And by adding the Neons on a Lexus or any other Vehicle makes it look like a "Pimp-mobile".
The look out here in California, is to make your vehicle as clean as show room condition as possible, if not better. Adding garbage and morphing your price posession into something it's not, is a thing of the past.

I leave you with a baller *** AutoConture SC400....
Lex400SC - BOY HOWDY did you hit that on the head! That's what it's about. These are LUXURY cars, not some riced-out $5000 salvage titled civic.
To me, things like neon and all that other ricer junk is just to cover up the fact that you have a lame ride. If you do up your car right, you don't need that kind of garbage to get "attention"....
Take the AutoCouture SC for example (my all time favorite kit for the SC's)...cruising in that, really, do you need blinking lights and strobes and neon to get anyone's attention?
To me, neon (and all that other ricer shiat) is as retarded as putting on "disk brake" hubcaps...that kind of stuff is reserved for the "Pep Boys" crowd...
Save your money and put into a REAL kit, some REAL wheels, and a REAL turbo kit...(or Supercharger Kit)...that's money well spent!

Really? the first time i saw them were right when Fast and Furiouse came out and i live in Los Angeles. I gotta tell you the second the movie came out, i saw about eight hondas rolling with them and then it was dead.
Now in LA, when you see a car with them, theyre either rice burners and people call them loosers.
My cousin from philly thought it was cool, so i guess it really is an east coast thing, not west coast!!!
