So, since I tore my ACL I can't really do much, but a friend has offered to cheer me up and install a project I have had looming around for a while.
A while back I picked up a rear view mirror from a late 90's Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0.
It has a power dimmer and a compass built in.
Its also black and looks a little nicer.
Easy wire job.
BUT....how do you remove the old mirror safely?
Thats the thing that is keeping him from going forward with it.
