Default Info needed! Please!

I have a 1992 SC300. Will 20" staggered wheels fit, with out any modifications?
The front wheels are 20x8.5 with a 35 offset, and the rear wheels are 20x10 with a 38 offset.
I'm also thinking of adding an offset of 5mm spacers to both the front and back. Are the spacers even needed?

Post a lil info

up front you should be fine at stock height and lowered, depending on how low you want to go. the rear you will need a roll, probably a good roll if you went any lower than stock. i shaved with 20x10 42 offset and im cranked all the way down on some tein basics. not a severe drop but its enough for twenties. i have the same size and offset up front. before lowering there was slight rub at full turn and a good turn and braking or up hill turn or something with fenderlining. dropped all the way down up front with no front lining i have no rubbing issues unless turning on a bump or incline decline. thats just slight rubbing. i believe a 30 series up front would solve both heights rubbing. maybe even a light narrower tire also. my tires front 245 35 20 rear 275 30 20. i hope this helps.
