on take off on my sc400 it hold back power till it reaches 20mph, any solutions

disconnect SLN- (Red/Black wire on pin 13) from the ecu and try it again. you'll feel a difference.

have you done your maintainance? your coils might be going bad.. sounds very similar to mine.

Mine has terrible take-off. Bogs down like crazy until 15-20 MPH then it really wakes up all of a sudden.

the 400s gearing really sucks on take off...once it hits 3k rpm, all hell breaks loose.
