Default Video - 1992 SC400 > W58 Conversion...

Heres a video for you folks...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DMg5_mUpYE

Rules for this thread - Do NOT make this into a W58 vs X thread - I do not care.

Car runs... and very well mind you. Yes I am a rookie driver to manual... 4 days old to be exact. No comments on that either.

Other than that.... post away

That's how a V8 needs to sound! Being able to rev whenever you please, that lull in the exhaust tone between slow shifts, etc. Badass.

Again I ask, how's the pedal feel on that Howe TOB? I realize you're a rookie manual driver, but how's the engagement? Crisp? Soft? On/off?

Very nice Matt. I'm thinking about picking up a 400 just to do a swap. And I don't wanna hear you guys complain about what you learned on. I learned on a 300ZXTT back in 97 and have not stepped into an Auto since then.

Nice man! The car looks and sounds terrific! Looks like you have the hang of the manual down pretty well. Congrats on a job well done!

I will have to say crisp. Its not soft like a pillow but you its not like kicking a brick either.

Its not an on/off feel but you can REALLY feel where it engages. Its very easy to drive with it.

Maybe Jake or Sean will chime in since they have driven the car and both have 1uzfe W58 Supras...
