Accident..
Thanks for the advice but the estimator already knows I plan on purchasing the car back. I had to go pick it up today.. it was either that or let them take it to their 'total loss' center. I felt more comfortable having the car back. My bill of sale unfortunately shows a lower price than I actually paid. I will negotiate with them on the price given to me. The reason why my insurance are being up tight right now is
1. they still don't know if I was at fault
2. they are paying for everything now, and then collecting from the other insurance company pending I am innocent
It sucks right now trying to deal with everything and school just starting. I'm just going to take my car back up to LA with me and enjoy her while I can. I'll wait on the call from them to see how much they are giving me and I'll go from there. I already researched KBB values and I have all the receipts of the modifications totally $10k+. I just hope everything goes all right.

.....It always sucks to have a accident but since you were rear ended you should be able to have the insurance company of the other car pay 4 your damages...
damn man, and you got this car not too long ago huh. at least you didnt get hurt. hope you get the car to tip-top condition again.

Yes I know the other company will pay for it, I'm just saying my insurance covers it first and then they are reimbursed. It's NOT my fault guys 
I just got a call from my insurance company. Seems like I'll be keeping a car and getting a decent amount to hopefully get everything fixed, plus paint job, and have some extra for modding. Only downside is the AS-IS salvage title, but whatever. I'm keeping this damn car until it poops out on me. even then I'll fix it
