Default experiencing acceleration problems hope the experts had some insight

So i bought my 93 sc300 when it had 83xxx miles on it its got about 93k now i know a timing belt is coming up but more recently my car feels ridiculously sluggish basically 0-60 mph but freeway its still fast but it seems sluggish if i try to race light to light i mean some little rice burner almost stomped me the other night 0-60.

a few months ago right when i got it and did all my maintence as well as changed spark splugs if i hit the gas too hard tires would chirp off the line. basically what im saying is when i bought it this car was a beast but now im not so sure.

any insight on what could be causing this lack of power?

Do the simple things first,fill-up with some good gas and run some techron fuel injector cleaner thru a thank full of gas and get back to us. Also, hows your tranny fluid and diff fluid. When was the last time you check/or changed out these fluids as well as your power steering fluid?

Make sure you have correct tire pressure less rolling resistance. Change your fuel filter and check your fuel pump strainer and see if there isn't garbage in it. Check the air filter and that stuff. You have the smaller motor so you might have gotten used to it.lol
