i love my car but i am kinda getting tired of it. i just need it to hold up till i finish school then its nsx time!

most cars die of neglect or wrecked beyond repair looooong before parts availability becomes an issue. Quit worrying people, (what parts are you so worried about??)it's a Toyota product not a GM. Take care of them the best you can and drive'em as long as you can, or want to.

i agree with the people who say if there's a will there's a way. how do u think guys restore their muscle cars? they either make their own part or spend hours looking for one on the internet. also, u do realize that many of the parts on our cars share parts with other models. the main one being the supra.

Speak for yourself. The ratio of Sc300 owners and SC400 owners is about 50/50. Show me a few million supra's with a 1uzfe and auto tranny. That leaves....... not much of anything that crosses over.

Lets see, my 1uz has 132,00 miles in 13 years, that should mean I have another good 20 left.

So when that engine dies you'll just have to find a newer Toyota V8 to swap in

Another thing that needs to be mentioned is technological obsolence. Direct injection have suceeded fuel injection exactly like how carburators got left behind by fuel injection.
