dude dont you have a FSM for your car.
either way.
take a 14mm socket and a breaker bar of sort. put the socket on the bolt of the tensioner pulley and just push it down in the clockwise direction. you dont loosen the tensioner at all. it is automatic. when you push it down far enough take you spare hand and take off the belt off the PS pulley. release the tensioner...slowly. after that remove the belt and the compressor.
if you dont remember how the belt goes back on the car look up at the hood. if its original then you will have a belt routing diagram.

..... another question is when i took out the condensor and lines nothing came out(fluid's), should i expect to have it all come out when i take out the compressor??

and 74" should be fine. where did you get it? im sure half an inch isnt that big, unless your tensioner pulley is already at its max.
