Default 97 SC400 No Start Need Ideas!

Im stuck in a bind, and cant think of anything else do look for.

97 sc400, Just finished replacing, Starter, knock sensor, manifold gaskets (upper, and lower), water pump, timing belt, t-belt tensioner, crank position sensor, All timing belt pulleys, serpentine belt tensionor, serpentine belt, idler pulley, plugs, wires, caps, rotors, air filter, radiator hoses (upper, lower), all lexus parts.

Vehicle did run before the work was done. Since the starter went bad I had decided to go all out and replace everything.

Vehicle sat prior to repairs for 1 month. As I awaited delivery of parts. Towed it to my workshop and began the work. I have been clunking away at it for the last week. Now everything is together and the engine cranks, fires, but won't turn over. Sounds as if it is going to start (few cylinders fire) then just falls flat on its face. Timing, Fireing order, spark are good. Checked the fuel pump by cycling the key and opened the fuel feed line fuel did gush out. Inspected intake piping for leaks. No engine codes.

What else might it be? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

That sometimes happens when you do too much at once. Just take a couple days off to clear your head and double check every thing.

check and replace the ignitor if possible. when my car would crank and crank but not fire it ended up being the ignitor.

Took a breather as advised.
Pulled the injectors and cranked it. all injectors seemed to have a good spray pattern. The coils fire with great strength and are ontime that makes me belive the ignitors are good. If anyone is in the Germantown, MD area and wouldnt mind lending a hand (dinner and drinks are one me). checked the crank sensor. Its def plugged in. Is there any way to check if there is a vacuum leak.
Thanks for the advise thus far.

Does the check engine light illuminate key on, engine off? Check the EFI fuse if not. Pull the plugs and make sure they are not flooded. Double / triple check timing and all electrical connections.

Did you change the seals? If so, make sure the cam gears are on the cams correctly, in time. Make sure your not missing any teeth on the crank timing gear.

It would need to be a rather large vac leak to keep the engine from starting.

The check engine light does illuminate key on engine off.

Ill check the plugs and timing again. Can the cam gears go on the wrong cam? I noticed that everything seems to be backwards when I took everything apart. Everything with a L was on the right hand side of the engine. (facing engine from front of car)

well i believe L and R are based off if u were to sit on the drive sear. that being said.. Intake would be on the Right side and Battery on the left side.

Correct me if im wrong.

But yea.. is it possible you might have forgotten to remove some stuff in the holes? while putting the engine back together? Also you said it sounds like 2 cylinders are firing.. have you tried pumping the gas while cracking it? and what color smoke is comming out of your exhaust?

Remove some stuff in the holes?!? I dont understand what you mean by that. I have tried all sorts of things with the gas pedal. It just seems to fire then fall on its face. No smoke is coming out of the tail pipe.
