Default I Need Ideas

WUts up everybody, i just got a 92 sc400, loveeee da car, im goin to straight pipe it soon, now the car is Gold and the paint is chipping. I was thinking of painting it CHampionShip White, and keeping the front lip black and painting the wing on it black, then getting deep dish white lip black rims. I need some advice on what to do, Also does anyone know what the speaker sizes are for the car, because i want to change the speakers and put a subwoofer, i tried google, didnt help. Thanks

as far as paint scheme, its a personal decision... everyone has different taste! I personally think that combo would detract from the sc... maybe if it was a civic or something like that, lol. but again, different strokes for different folks. The stock speakers are 5" which are not made in the aftermarket... 4.5" are too small and 5.25" are too big... so some modification/fabrication is needed to fit aftermarket speakers... I have 4.5" in the rear with homemade adapter plates and 5.25" in the front but had to remove the factory grilles and do a lil trimming to make em fit... and they still dont fit perfectly but unless you get factory replacements, youre gonna have to do some tinkering. Hope this helps.

Speaker sizes are actually 4" up front and in the rear. However you can put 6.5" ones in the rear with no modification adn they sell conversion plates for the fronts to go to 6.5". Thats what i did with mine, 6 1/2's all around.

Nothing wrong with championship white, but the black/white lip wheels and black spoiler sound cheesy.

not trying to jack the thread or anything, but are the nakamichi speakers the same size as the premium speakers he wants to replace? aren't there more speakers in the nakamichi system then just the premium..?
