why would power steering lines be that far into the front bumper? maybe it's your trans oil cooler, but it still shouldn't be in the way.

I think those are the A/C lines back there, there's a nut you can unscrew and move them up and down about an inch.

nothing should hit the fogs...like andrewwake said the closest thing might be the trans cooler...when i intstalled my intercooler it came with a relocation line for the power steering but all we did was bend the bracket back

My PS lines are pretty far back from the front cover...no where near the fog lights.

well thats weird, cause this is what i was talking about in the picture. i took off the top bracket and then bent the side bracket to more like a Z rather then an L shape and that solved my issue, gave me like 3/4 of an inch of clreance and lifted it up a bit so it wouldnt touch the bottom liner. i got my fog lamps in so thanks

The thing that bothers me is that since for me it is still hitting the line the fog is kind of angeled therefore so is the light.

Yeah I believe those are AC lines. I encountered the same problem too, so I had my fogs installed first while the bumper is still off the car. Once you put the bumper back, you can flex it a little until it fits.
