Mods move if needed, i dont really know where this falls
can any one dig up a picture (cut away) of the front wiring harness? the one that runs inside the front driver side fender? where all the plug ins go and where the wires run?
Also any one have any idea where to pick one up?
thank you

I dont have a picture but I can tell you that they run from the fuse box in the engine bay to the fuse box in the driver side kick panel. The next series of wires (5) run from the engine bay all to the driver side kick panel as well. Only these are a little hard to get to because you have to remove the fuse panel to get to its connector.

I have it in this mess.......... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...wiring+harness
.... but I ended up needing it for a swap project that I'm about to start. If I can find the harness I'll get you some pics...... heading out to look now.

Dude the **** I do for you.............

Ok for the first time ever I finally see why Lexus wants $1500 for something. This is not a harness that unplugs like many of the other harness's in the car. this is the MAIN HARNESS AND FUSE BLOCK. You replace it, you'll pull the entire front of the car off. It is flex loomed into the rest of the main harness and goes directly into the fuse block.
Here the harness is laid out where it would go on the car.

Here are the connectors that go through the firewall into the junction box......

The part with the white brace on it is your guy............

Unfortunately there is no place to detach it. Each individual wire (quite a lot of them) run one by one into the fuse box. Unless you do a custom cut and splice, THAT is why Lexus wants $1500 for it, and for once I agree with them.
The harness technically starts on the PASSENGER side of the car at the firewall junction just inside the car behind the firewall and wraps around the entire engine compartment (over the river and through the hills) including the headlights, MAF, and anything else in the entire engine compartment, and back around to the other side of the firewall. It splits at the fuse box and one part goes inside the fender and the other (your guy) goes outside the fender, but both end up at the firewall junction inside the cabin.
