It would if you were going a serious NA-T route. You would have to modify the whole throttle body.

how much and where can one acquire something of this nature. im sure i can make one like it and my dad is a welder and Al is not a problem for him to weld at all but i dont have time for it

I cant tell if that is the GE or GTE version. The best thing to do is ask 98mkiv on ClubNA-T.
