haha yeah thanks for the info. and yeah i dont think im going to be needing it for aerodynamics when im mostly just doing DD and a lil past that occ. i dont get why people would need to modify it to fit? o_O well thanks anyways :]

upgrading to an aluminum plate would be best, thats what im doing. The aerodynamics is in fact altered if you take it off. Things like speed, gas milage, etc will all be effected by taking this off.

people in the DSM community do this often and major improvements can be had with an effecient cover.

When i finish designing mine ill post it up here.

i understand it can alter it when taken off, but would it be enough to notice for DD?

but id sure like to see that aluminum plate
