Looks like an idler pulley to me. simple, remove the serp belt (not even off of every pulley), 14mm socket, lefty loosey, replace with new, tighten it down, reinstall belt.

The idler pulley is actually the larger one on the lower left (also the tensioner). Found this out earlier today when I went to Autozone and asked for the idler pulley for the SC4 (I thought that's what it was too) and they gave me the tensioner pulley.

The one in question has bearings (mine are shot) so it appears to be there simply to take slack off of a standard size belt as well as to raise the belt over other pulley's. It is not a fixed wheel so it can't actually run anything.

Having trouble finding diagrams that label each pulley.

Anyone have a diagram of the whole serpentine pulley assembly (all pulleys)?
Why is this so hard to find?

Here's another pic. The small pulley at the top? The left one is the tensioner. I need the top one.

Did you ever get an answer? Diagrams/labels are not findable! I need the same small center pulley, idler or water pump?

Answered my own question. It's the idler pulley. Don't get the smooth "idler" pulley from autozone, others. It's the tensioner even though listed as idler.. Idler is ridged w/ shoulders.

Correct. It took me 4-5 stops until I finally just went to the Lexus dealer and they had it ($85 - ouch!). It even took the dealer 10 minutes to identify it.
Never would of thought a simple pulley would be such a problem.

Hope you didn't buy it yet.
When you take the pulley off, you'll be able to see the bearing
Any reputable bearing place will be able to match it up.
I'll be doing mine soon, if you can wait until next week, I'll get a part number for you.
