Hello all, Ive done some searching on this for the last few days but not much seems to be listed for it. What im going to be doing is a LSD install on my 92 sc300. i already ordered a Kaaz 2way LSD from a shop and that should be here soon. every thread i have found people just replace the carrier housing, im replacing the guts however. i saw that i need 10mm hex and the 12mm hex to drop the diff out. thanks to blizzy i found out the backlash is 0.08-0.13mm or 0.0031-0.0051in. ok well heres the real info i need, i found out the bearings that are needed for the diff are 90366-50033, called toyota and they confirmed that they are on the supras, called lexus and they confirmed they are on the sc300s. what i was wondering is should i also get the seals? snap rings? anything else or do i have it covered. when i did my LSD in my old miata i never replaced the snap ring nor the seals but every car is different. any help is greatly appreciated on it. i will also probably make a how to for others on this.
