Hello all,

I am new to this forum and I am in the process of looking for an SC. Here is my question. I come from the nissan family and dont know much about toyota trans/motor combinations. Im looking to do a 2jzgte swap and I was wondering what years/trans SC i should be looking for? If I find a m/t will that be better for the swap? Will I still need a supra 6sp trans?

As for the search button I have looked for a while but it is very hard to get an exact awnswer for the questions that I have. Haha I understand the flaming associated with newb questions. But id rather be flamed and have the awnswers I need then to do something wrong!

Lol I'm in both families now. But yeah 1/2JZ will bolt up, IIRC you need the soarer tranny for the driveshaft to line up right.
