Default Front Fender Gills????

Does anyone know what bodykit is on this sc, and how the hell he got those holes above the tire on the front fender, they look awesome. Any very familiar, i want to say I've seen them on a Benz or a BMW, but i can't find matching pictures. Anyways, take a look and see if you can answer either of those questions.

The car looks too hodgepodge. I dont like it if the rims bing bing.

The vents would look better on a cleaner car.

I think the SC needs something in that area to have a more up to date look.

Thank you very much TechnoSmurf, To the rest of you, thanks for the completely irrelevant answers even thou I agree, the car looks terrible, the bumper hasn't even been painted, i was only wondering bout the kit cus he says its custom and i'd felt i'd seen it before. I just like the gill idea because it reminds me of the maserati quadroporte or however you spell it, and maseratis are sex on wheels. Thanks for the link thou.

I think someone with an SC should only do a (custom) fender with an opening (looks like a 7, I think), hardly seen them on SCs but it looks nice from what I remember, can't find any pics, shhIt must be rare or hard to get, or just too expensive.

I see those fender holes all the time on many cars in Oakland. I dont think those are a good look for a sc. If you want them here is the GM part number 2574 0950 and yes they are just stick on's.
