my 95 sc 400, drivers door will not open from outside,will open from inside, my husband took door panel off, found broken rod, i guess something to do with door lock, we wnt to dismantillers they wanted $150 for used part, do any one have any suggestions?

are you sure its the rod and not the plastic joint connector ?
no need in buying an expensive part if its just the $2 plastic piece

 

well im kinda in the same position , but i took it to Lexus it was the bar , it opened from the inside but now it don't? so im trying to figure out is that car connected to the inner door handle cause i haven't opened my passenger side door in a long *** time lol

 

My passenger door is busted too; it randomly doesn't close when i shut it, it just bounces off. Usually grabs on the third try tho.. weird

 

the door actutator is the problem as well. i have them 85 shipped
