so wait..your sc400 is the one with the auto-wiper function? and your sc400 was imported from the us? is that what im getting?

 

i remember when my friend bought her first mercedes and we were driving down the road and the water from the sprinklers hit the windshield and out of no where the wiper (there was only one) kicked on! it was the most amazing thing i had ever seen. we sat i awe then drove back into it just to make sure we werent crazy! that was 11 years ago.

i would check the wiper switch as well. simple, cheap possible issue.

hahahah..i agree! funny stuff..i wonder if we can retro fit that onto ours..and if so..how hard would that be?

 

Auto wipers are so useful and convenient. I always use them on the newer lexus'.
