They look to be Toyota OEM w/ the boxes being OEM boxes.

They are OEM. $70 shipping is still too much from HongKong. You might as well get it here in US for the same price of $330.00

They so "no any modifications" required. Hmm...seems like the Engrish is a little off. They forgot to mention hyper blink. Unless they are selling them as replacement and not aesthetic upgrade.
