Just the retaining ring? If so, about $10 from the dealer.

Yep...if you take the ring off, it should have the part number on it.

I don't think that's a Toyota/Lexus factory part...it does look like it came from another car...possibly the one that was used for the HID retrofit...

If that specific part came from the donor car, then the same should still apply. Get the PN from the part and contact that makes' dealer.

my hid kit came with those. I threw them away. didn't need em....

So...let me ask you this. The picture...which, since there is a lack of information in this thread...has a website...The website is a company that mods headlights. Wouldn't they have the part, or know what car it came off of?
