Default When opening door...

The front part of the door near the wheel well catches the side panel and pops really loud... i have had this done before and spent 90 dollars to fix it but i was wondering if anyone knows what is causing this and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance... Upon request i can get video of it.

the temporary fix is to pull the fender forward just a bit. the permanant fix is to buy & install a new (or gently used) hinge.
