Wha'd Get Your SC for XMAS?
This should be interesting... what present did ya'll get the SC for Xmas? A voyeristic view into the auto buff's realm of self indulgance....
RED93SC400 got....
A real original JPM cold air box from Ebay never installed and Black powder coated! A rare find indeed for $59!!! Stop your weeping guys. (NOTE: if you all want one check out the classifieds FORUM for the SC400. Garnet92 has a box, MAF and filter for sale. He emailed me early on 12/17 and he has it but must sell it all as a set)
A MAF adapter plate for the filter...
A set of drilled and slotted rotors, front and rear, which are nickle plated brite from raceconcepts@mindspring.com (real nice).
A NICE UNIVERSAL Apexi high performance air intake filter from wholesale Hyperformance (only folks who had them in stock).

Here is a picture of RED taken at the recent Berlin, CT ClubLexus drive in on 12-8-2001. Notice the bent front airdam spoiler. The day was cloudy and cold. 6 coats of Zaino #2 give her the wet look...

Sadly, I just put Tokicos on the front and rears so these will be a long way coming for me. The apparent downside of these is that the hardware costs upwards of $350 per wheel.

well.
even though i got rid of the sc300 a week before xmas and replaced it with an 02 vw gti 1.8t... im about to get some mods for the 1.8t
eyebrows, grill, upsolute or giac chip, and a downpipe.. for now..
the potential of the vw/audis are greater than you think, they respond so well to mods... for cheap!
with the chip and dpipe, and with some driving sk33lz, i should easily be able to hit 14 flat in the 1/4

hp comes easy with these.
are those your cars?.....those look very nice..i just think of chicks when i think of VW.......just me i guess...and a little hp is made easy with those...let me know when your over 400hp....i didnt mean to offend..was just playfully joking.......i really like the black one with split 5spoke and the front mount....Jeff
