Default Electrical Problems?

I don't know what's causing this. My SC is a '99 model. Both driver and passenger side window are slow to bring up as well as the sunroof. Coming down really isn't a problem, but you could see it slowing down when raised back up. My sunroof is one touch when I open, but when I'm holding the button to close it, it stops halfway, then I have to hold the button again to have the sunroof close completely from the halfway point. Could this be an alternator issue or a weak motor? It feels like the latter. Lastly, my passenger side window rolls down without a problem when engaging the switch from either the driver/passenger side, but I cannot raise the window from the passenger side, but raises only from the driver's side. I do notice, however, that the switch on the passenger side feels loose. Hard to describe, but when raising from the driver's side if feel a little click, pushing or pulling, but from the passenger side its completely loose. So could this be a switch issue or could it be remedied with a fuse change.

Not sure about your windows, but your sunroof is supposed to stop halfway for safety issues.

Could be a dying window regulator. How's the condition of your battery?

I'm under the assumption that once the car is running, the battery is really not in use. So would this be irrelevant?
