I did what OLT did. Hopefully the light is sealed well enough! It should be though.
$232 isn't bad. I ended up paying $170 or so for the used one. However, I had my brother bid on it for me and he went over my limit of $130 by a long shot. He gave me the difference. I contacted the lady I purchased the light from and told her I'm requesting a partial refund of the purchase price. In the auction, she claimed that the light works and operates "perfectly" and has no flaws. I guess she never washed her car and had the light become filled with condensation.
As far as the headlight goes just follow the directions on the previous links provided. Make sure you get some extra silicon to seal off the areas where there is less sealant.
Where do you intend to buy your new headlamps? I need 2 for my 95 ES now, but don't want to pay a dealer $400 for them. Also, will my mechanic be able to install them easily with no leaks, etc. I know, dumb question. He's VERY good and unless there's something wierd about these should have no problem, right?
