Default Water in headlight

Has anyone ever have water in their LS 430 headlight?
How did you fixed it?
I guess new headlight housing is needed.

Thanks,

It's very common in the 2nd gen GS headlights.
If you're out of warranty, try some of these quick fix/band-aid.
Some simple fix (if not that bad) is using the hairdryer and heating it up.
Some have tried opening it up and resealing it with silicone.

One solution I remembered reading was an improper drainage-behind the headlights have drainage tube that can be block-or poor ventilation.

I can't remember exactly, but here's a starter. You can also use "foggy headlight". I used "condensation headlight":

Had to take out the air filter housing to get to the high beam light. Working on drying the light housing now. There is a lot of moisture in there...

I don't know where is the leak yet to seal it, but at least I know how to dry the thing now.

Just put a layer of sealer on the edges of the headlight, thats usually where the leak starts.

And yes, i've had issues with my GS... they are legends when it comes to headlight moisture. Problem is, its such a pain to take the headlights off in the GS, because front bumper must come off.

Took me 4 times (30 mins each) yesterday using the blow dryer to clear the moisture off the passenger headlight on my LS 430.
What kind of sealer is good for this type of application?

Thanks,
