Default 2jz tranny options?

What options are there to use a different tranny (still conserving manual transmission) on a 2jzgte block?

Manual options that fit the 2jzgte would be W58(400HP) R154(6XXHP) V160(1XXXHP). Auto I'm not sure I have a buddy with a Boost Logic auto he's putting out almost 800RWHP with no issues.

The bottom end of a 2JZGE (Sc300) is the same as the bottom end of a 2JZGTE (Supra). Sc300 stock tranny would bolt up perfectly.

Understandable, since most of the stuff I see for GTE cars they bought the transmission with it so there's probably not much out there on that. I certainly didn't know the stock W58 would bolt up to the GTE when I joined the site.
