Unforseen Problems
Ok so im planning on doing a 2jzgte swap in the spring but my stock sc300 tranny jus blew 2nd gear somehow.. anyway i was going to swap the auto tranny that came with the JDM 2jzgte into my sc300. so i bought the sc400 driveshaft so it can bolt up.. now after i started ripping the thing apart and i got the old tranny out of the car i found to realize that all the sensor connectors are diffrent . so nothing would be a plug in play, but everything in the same area as compared to the old tranny.. so i figure i can switch all the sensors form one tranny to the other, but what stumped me right away before i switched anythign over is that my old tranny had a kick down cable, my new one does not.. my car a 92sc300 i guess the 2jzgte was a 94. what i notice is that the new tranny has a spot for the kick down cable, but does that mean the valve body is the same?? is there a butterfly valve in the vale body i can connect the kick down cable to.. and even if i did that , and replaced all the sensors. would the tranny act funny or work at all when it is bolt up to my stock sc300????? The new one shifts how electrical or hydralic pressure?? IS Swapping the Trannys POSSIBLE and is it worth the headaches or am i preety much screwed and have to swap the 2jzgte engine now?????? thanks 
if you look on supra forums and do some extensive searching here, info is not that common. from reading in the past the supra turbo trans had an extra solenoid in valve body compared to our transmissions. im sure it can be done. people have mk4 supra TT with an auto and essentially that trans is identical to yours.
find the mk4 supre FSM and see if the plug are same or similar. then find the FSM for your SC300. you will probably have to do some light wiring and soldering to get it to work.
it cant be as bad as my current project of making an engine harness for a VW US F3 motor that runs an Electromitive Tec GT standalone. thats fun lol
