+25, +20 offset... fender mods needed?

Yall needa stop wit the comments, i did read the sticky, however all questions are not answered nor are there alot of ppl posting that they have under a +35mm offset or pictures to accompany this. So with that said how would I know whats has to be done if alot of ppl dont have offsets that low?????
